You must make monthly reporting based on how many miles you travel in this State and how many gallons of fuel you purchase in this State during the month.

Kentucky KYU Number- If you will operate a vehicle in the State of Kentucky with the gross vehicle weight of 60,000 lbs or more you will be required to obtain a KYU Number.

USDOT Number- Get your filing done by a professional and make sure its done correctly. The United States Department of Transportation will do a mandatory audit within 18 months from the time you apply for your authority so make sure you get it right before they arrive. We will inform you of everything that you will need to make sure you pass your audit. New Mexico Weight Distance Permit- Intrastate Authority

New Mexico Weight Distance Permit- If you will travel in the State of New Mexico on a regular bases and if you are over 26,000 lbs we recommend getting this permit.

Intrastate Authority- If you will operate point-to-point inside a state you will be required to have an intrastate authority. If you have the the authority to operate in multiple states (Interstate Authority), you will also need Intrastate even if you are operating point-to-point in a single state.
